Invitation to Exhibit at “Manufacturing World Osaka 2025”

We are pleased to announce that Meikodo will exhibit at The 28th Manufacturing World Osaka — 16th Medical Device Development & Manufacturing Expo (MEDIX), to be held at INTEX Osaka from Wednesday, October 1 to Friday, October 3.
At this exhibition, we will showcase “needles thinner than a human hair.” Building on our long-cultivated needle-manufacturing expertise, we have achieved precision tip-forming on ultra-fine wire. Our supported diameters start from Ø0.05 mm, and this time we will mainly display samples in the Ø0.05–Ø0.30 mm range.
Regarding materials, we are ready to take on anything that can be ground—including tungsten and high-carbon steel and other high-hardness materials. At our booth, a microscope will be available so visitors can pick up samples and examine them firsthand.
