Exhibition Report: The 28th “Manufacturing World Osaka”
2025-10-08
From Wednesday, October 1 to Friday, October 3, we exhibited at The 28th Manufacturing World Osaka — 16th Medical Device Development & Manufacturing Expo (MEDIX) at INTEX Osaka.
We sincerely thank the many visitors who stopped by our booth.
Under the theme “Needles Thinner Than a Human Hair,” we presented our tip-forming technology for ultra-fine wires in the Ø0.05–Ø0.30 mm range. We were grateful for the strong interest from numerous companies and for the many valuable comments and requests we received throughout the show.
In addition to our needle-processing technologies, we also received considerable attention for our sustainable resin materials made from recycled oyster shells and for hard-paper materials. As initiatives that combine reduced environmental impact with new manufacturing possibilities, we will continue to advance our research and development in these areas.
We will apply the feedback we received to further technology development and product improvement, striving to deliver solutions that are even more useful to our customers. We look forward to your continued support.
We also plan to exhibit at Manufacturing World Tokyo 2026 (scheduled for July 2026). If you were unable to visit us this time, we hope to see you at the next venue. We look forward to meeting you there.
