Exhibition: The 36th “Manufacturing World Tokyo”

We exhibited at Manufacturing World Tokyo, one of Japan’s largest manufacturing trade shows.
Under the theme “Needles Thinner Than a Human Hair,” we presented our ultra-fine needle processing technology for wire diameters of Ø0.05–Ø0.30 mm. Building on decades of needle-manufacturing expertise, our proprietary tip-forming (taper) process achieves both consistent quality and mass-productivity.
At our booth, we provided a microscope so visitors could examine actual samples while discussing the possibilities of micro-fabrication. We received strong interest and many questions from a wide range of fields—including medical, electronic components, and hobby/DIY—making this exhibition a valuable opportunity to explore new applications for our technology.
