At this exhibition, we will present our technologies under the theme of “Secondary Processing for Ultra-Fine Needles.”
For the past several years, we have been developing tip-forming technology for ultra-fine needles. We have now advanced to the stage where we can offer a range of secondary processing solutions for ultra-fine wire materials of Ø0.3 mm and below.
By combining processes such as cutting, tip forming, bending, coating, and insert molding, we can add further value and functionality to ultra-fine needles.
At our booth, visitors will be able to observe actual samples firsthand using a microscope prepared on site.
