Meikodo Co., Ltd. exhibited at the 17th Medical Device Development Expo, part of the 38th Manufacturing World Tokyo, held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, July 1 to Friday, July 3, 2026.

We sincerely thank everyone who took the time to visit our booth during the exhibition.

At this exhibition, we presented our various processing technologies for ultra-fine wire materials of Ø0.3 mm and below under the theme of “Secondary Processing for Ultra-Fine Needles.”

For the past several years, we have been developing tip-forming technology for ultra-fine needles. We are now further advancing this technology by combining processes such as cutting, tip forming, bending, coating, and insert molding, creating new added value for ultra-fine needles.

At our booth, we set up a microscope so visitors could pick up and closely examine actual samples. We were also able to exchange ideas with many visitors about the possibilities of micro-processing.

We will make use of the valuable comments and requests we received during the exhibition in our future technology development and product proposals, and will continue striving to create products that better serve our customers.
